Hey I recently read Hrithik Roshan is not included In the star power list for mobile phone ambassadors.....he is a hunk and he is not included only because of his probs with Sony Ericsson which soured because of flop movie Krazzy 4...but I must say he is the coolest celeb as far as mobile ads go...his Sony ads were the best thanks to his dancing....
Apparently the cell phone company reportedly severed ties with Hrithik after Ram Sampath (who composed the jingle for the cell’s The Thump campaign) sued the Roshans for Rs 2 crore after his tune was used in Krazzy 4 songs and the background score. Rajesh Roshan, music composer of the film, was credited for the songs.....but then the elder Roshan brotehrs ahve been sued by many different people for whacking credit....I mean first with Krish and now with Krazzy 4

It is now almost certain that Trisha is going to play Kamal Haasan’s heroine in his magnum opus Marmayogi. The producers of the film Rajkamal and Pyramid Saimira are keeping it under wraps till they complete the photo-shoot of the film in a Mumbai studio. Meanwhile, Trisha has told her close friends that she is thrilled about being Kamal’s heroine, and she is preparing for the role by learning sword fighting and horse riding. Trisha has also wrapped up her two pending assignments in Tamil — Radha Mohan’s Abhiyum Naanum and Vishnuvardhan’s Sarwam , and will complete her Telugu film Nagarjuna’s King by September end.

Though the buzz about the Aftab Shivdasani-Aamna Shariff romance has been doing the rounds for a while, both have been extremely discreet about it. But it now looks that the couple has thrown caution to the winds. Aamna's Lokhandwala neighbourhood is buzzing about Affy's constant presence at the Shariff residence. Says a neighbourhood source, "Aftab has been seen often at Meghdoot Towers on the Lokhandwala Back Road where Aamna resides. His white Innova is parked till late night near the building." Aftab, however, does not want to say anything on this front. He says, "My personal life has always been speculated about and I'm sure it always will be. I've always maintained a silence on it and that's how it's gonna be." The first whispers of the Aftab-Aamna romance trickled in as soon as the two began shooting for Robby Grewal's Aloo Chat, produced by Anuj Saxena's Maverick Product-ions. After her television outing as Kashish in the Balaji soap Kahiin To Hoga, it was a dream come true for Aamna when she was cast as a heroine. Aftab, on the other hand, agreed to star with a TV actress as he was the solo hero of the film. Adds the source, "Aftab did not know Aamna before the shoot of the film. But both bonded on the sets from day one. After a Mumbai schedule, there was a shooting stint in New Delhi, where the two stars were drawn to each other." Or is this yet another publicity stunt for their new movie Aloo chaat !!

Salman Khan allergy to the word "Rai"
Aversion is evidently the flip side of attraction. Salman Khan is averse to the word 'rai'. According to industry insiders, there's standard instruction from Sallu to the Dus Ka Dum team that when he has to say 'rai' (opinion), the teleprompter should not spell it as r-a-i.
According to the newspaper article I read, "The word 'rai' forms a part of every question Salman Khan asks his guests on the show. For example, "Aapki rai mein kitne pratishat Bharatiya sochte hain ki…? (In your opinion, what percentage of Indians think that…") In such cases, the person operating the teleprompter has to spell rai as raye, rye, or even Raai."
In fact, after his spat with Shah Rukh Khan which was allegedly triggered off by the latter's comments on Aishwarya Rai, the actor seems to have done away with the word from his show altogether. Recently, in the special episode with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, the actor did not use the word 'rai' at all.
Anita Basu, producer of the show, said, "I don't think any spelling is deliberately changed for Salman Khan, on the teleprompter. Anyway, he reads the questions on the teleprompter just before his take. It's not a big deal."
